By placing order at TRADITIONAL DESIGNER you are agreeing with these terms & conditions below
1.Please read all terms and conditions below very carefully to prevent any unfavorable surprises in future.(Traditional Designer) reserves the rights to add, edit or remove any of the terms and condition with or without any prior notice to any of its associates i.e. customers, suppliers and service partners etc.
2.order processing days & delivery days are working days only. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday in few countries), Holidays & National holidays Strikes will remain excluded from delivery timeline whether said or not. So please keep it in mind while placing your order with short deadlines.?
3.Can I cancel my order.?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours once fabric is cut and work started we’ll not accept cancellation. Because we offer made-to-measure service fabric once cut to your measurement requirement can not be used for any other order. Embroidery and colour effects are also made as per your measurement needs. This is the reason our outfits look great and exclusively made for you.
4.Can I amend my order once it is placed.
It depends on what amendments you would like to have. Some amendments can be made even after placing your order. Simply call us and we’ll let you know whether amendments can be made in your order or not. However, an order can be amended within 24 hours.
5.Tailor made item (apparels which has been custom stitched according to your supplied measurements) cannot be returned for full refund. In general, these items can only be corrected/rectified/modified and will be re-shipped to you if our mistakes if your wrong size supplied the reshipping amount will be charge for delivery.?
6.Item/Order Not received at the time If you are ordering an item for a specific celebration you should specify a date to receive. If you are ordering on a strict timeline and your item will go useless after a certain date then you MUST specify it while in deadline information to send us urgent SMS to +923212337761 or Email to traditionaldesigner@live.com we will contact you as soon as possible.
7.Last-minutes required Changes Made the Item Go Useless for You We presume that you keep enough time margins before placing an order with us to protect yourself from last minute issues. If an item arrives to you and you caught some stitching/fitting issue at the last moment and it causes you not being able to use the item on a specific celebration date, we won\’t approve the return or refund or such order.Because it is generic understanding that you should have yourself protected some such issues.However,we can take the item from you for correction/rectification/modification etc.and we will re-ship the item to you once corrected.?
8.Do you do wholesale? And if so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation.?
Simply tell us the item names along with the required quantity and sizes and we’ll craft you a wholesale quotation based on your requirement. Usually if you are buying more than 100 pieces we can offer you good price.
9.Do you also offer standard sizing.?
Yes. It’s a great idea to go with standard sizes if standard size fits you well and you are in hurry.you can find our standard sizes in the service list (Size chart in our ready made pattern)
